My parents are from El Salvador, but I am always proud of my roots. I visited this location when I moved from Southern Maryland to Herndon. The customer service was great and the pupusas felt like a good home cooked meal. Great food and service, keep up the good work!

I had to wait almost 1 hour for the food and when the waitress serve the food they forget one plate and I had to wait long time more very bad service

I was just introduced to this place by a co-worker. the food is amazing, I had the Steak dish multiple times. I saw reviews on bad service below but I think that has been addressed. the waitress I had was very attentive and patient with me explaining the menu to me. this will be a regular on my lunch rotation.

Bad costumer service . I place my order by phone , whe i was trying to pay my order I was told to get a table in order to pay for the dood I have to do it thru a waiter even when I was a the register with the cashier

Good Spanish food

First, the service here is wonderful!! I come here time and time again just to see our one waitresses smile🤗. Secondly their food is delicious and prices are reasonable.

Went in for lunch today, and was very pleased. Prices are excellent, and the food was great. Service was efficient and the meal came out quickly. I will definitely return.

We go there just for the pupusas, they're pretty good, but we only do take out; the place is almost always filthy and the bathrooms are something you dont want to use. So, for take out only, its ok

This place is very affordable, if you go for pupusas you won't be disappointed, they are very good. Their menu is not too big, everything else is fine, the only thing I would not recommend is the fried pork, they always overcook it regardless what I tell them, too hard to eat. Service is ok but they are nice and friendly.

This people know nothing about customer service, they always get the orders wrong and when you bring it to their attention they are rude and tell you they can not reverse a charge that they can only give you credit, completely unacceptable beware take your business elsewhere it doesn’t worth your your headache, clearly this is how they operate as this is not the only review about the same issues, the owners should be more aware of how their employees treat their clients, I have enough of this last time I had this issue when I called the lady who answered the phone was yelling on the phone in response to my complaint how dare they treat customers like, there many other places where you can get better food and customer service, I am giving one star because there is no less

I think this place is great for tamales and pupusas. They are delicious, fresh and for price that can't be beat. I go with friends for lunch and family for dinner. If you are on a budget or want to eat somewhere less expensive this is the place. The food is exceptional.

The food is not the same as it was a few years ago.It feels less authentic.

I got the sandwich. It was plenty of food for a good price and tasty besides. Just watch for bones in the chicken.

Even though they were extremely busy they prepared my phone order in 25 minutes ad promised. I am extremly satisfied with the food and customer service

Went to El Salvador and I must say this restaurant had better food, especially pupusas, than there! If it's your first time eating there and you want something other than pupusas, I recommend Pasteles(fried empanada with beef inside) and chicken enchiladas*** <<<which is NOT to be confused or assumed to be like Mexican enchiladas! ! It's like a tostada!! Flat fried tortilla with pulled chicken on top, cole slaw, slice of tomato and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top with a slice of boiled egg!! So yummy!!

This place the service is very slow the same with the servers they see people standing at the door. They don't say anything that why I rather order sometimes food for carryout

Horrible service and staff went in for the first time I didn't know if we seat our self or wait the waiters looked at me and my boyfriend and didn't say a word we went to the register and the cashier ignored us. Then we sat down and the waiter came and told us after 10mins and gave us the menu after then she came and told us the card machine was down so we had to leave because that the only form of payment we had horrible communication horrible staff

I would go there only for pupusa, I tried couple different food but I didn’t like it that much especially rice wasn’t good at all but their pupusas are 5 stars

Second time I visit this place, and both times it has been disappointing the discrimination they have towards the Spanish speaking as if they gave us the free food and think that we are all ignorant without education denying us even the greeting. I wanted to give them a second chance, but I see that the bad service continues...food is just ok

The service is terrible and the food is so so. Stayed in the area for a work trip and was dissapointedby this place. The horchata was really bad.

Great food but needs a website and ordering by phone is usually a challenge. Staff friendly, but they seem to like putting people who don't speak great English on the phone, even though most of the staff speaks fine English from my visits there.
